I just bought a KSC RoboPistol and it should be here any time...
I have to wait to see if I can get the cast of the real Pistol. The molds are in boxes and he has to unpack them.
He said the material is similar to a bumper on a car.
I'll keep you posted..

Here's the newest additions to my collection. A KSC Robopistol and a Neca Robocop toy. I got the 3 disk dvd also.
I used to skateboard in Downtown Houston when I was younger and I saw them film the movie here. I used to hang out and watch them work.
Anyway, I think that's why I like the movie so much.

I got in contact just the other day to ask him about the replica that NECA is making. He said he didn't know about it and it's probably from RC3 or from the TV show. I sent him photos but haven't heard back yet.
He'll be traveling back to his shop at the end of this month. That's where the molds are.
He's said he was still interested in making a cast from the molds. If he does make them, I'll definitely give people here the info.

I've seen one of the molds and I can tell you that at least one of the guns was an MGC.

As a sidenote, the gun was indeed named the Auto-9 as far back as the first film. It was mentioned in both the script and novelization, but that wasn't well known until merchandise started using the name.

Well i've bought two this week, the cls airsoft one and one from lewis, which i need to paint up and finish,which by the way is a great replica for the money
I have a question though, were do we stand in the uk as far as owning the airsoft one, will i be able to display it or is it a keep it in the box affair? i'd like to put it with the robo i'm working on when i finally get it finished
