It looks to me like it is a cleaned up version of an older build.
It's defiantly not one of the two Nick originally made for Silence/Forest. I think it's maybe one from the batch he made for QMX

I thought it looked a little... plastic-y... maybe a repainted CO toy... the original props/replicas have a blue tinted perspex rod from the ring to the switch.
I think that lighting in the scene is just giving the brass a redish look
The scratched paint on the handle matches some Twitter photos, and the bent emitter "dampers" match a prop seen that has been shown on his Facebook.
