I remember first seeing him in White Line Fever at drive-in back in ‘75. Always enjoyed seeing him.

Yeah, especially given the post-apocalyptic fetish in SF now. I remember the very first feature I worked on, which was eventually released as Cease Fire, which starred this Don Johnson guy—nobody had ever heard of him, till our film production professor told us he’d starred in A Boy and His Dog (the writer/producer was an alum, and they trolled our classes heavily for free labor interns). Oh, yeah, that guy! And then, sometime during production, DJ was cast in this new Michael Mann show called Gold Coast, which was later retitled Miami something…

I think I may have heard of that show, Sheena Easton a popular songstress in the UK was also involved..
The Umbrella Academy is on S3 of yet another Post Apoco event.
Its quite the televisual schedule for those that of that persuasion..

She was in 4 or 5 Episodes iirc which was “The Mating for the Ratings”, as Crocketts Wife.

Another British Actress came in as well as Crocketts girlfriend later on, yeah Sonny had bad luck with Women...
