Back in April she did a stand-up gig at the Deerfoot Casino here in Calgary. It was the same weekend as our Comic Expo. On Sunday she went to the Comic Expo, just to check out all the stuff and mingle.

RIP. Joan was terrific when she used to host The Tonight Show. She used to make me laugh a lot.

I wasn't at all a fan of her later work, I found she just got crass. However she blazed a path that many women were able to follow in and her stand up was top class from the 60's through the 90's.
