Ring of Barahir LOTR

Hey Guys!
So just to introduce myself
I am a very big fan of the Lord of the rings, and because
I am such a Big fan of the lotr I want to own the best replicas
of the movies, one of them is the Ring of Barahir used by Aragorn
in the books and movies. I was searching the net the other day and I found
the ring of barahir they used in the FANFILM Born of Hope. The website was selling the exact same ring! I love it!

I think I will be buying it for my birthday. Its gonna be the ultimate LOTR replica along with the Jens Hansen ring. You wanna know why? Because it costs 4600!!! The reason for that much amount of money is because I wanted something of quality; and quality it is!!! Its made of Platinum, with bison emerald stone for the snakes eyes and 14KT for the Crown!! Believe it or not, I am very interested in this item. February is my birthday, so expect to see pics of this baby in feb! Now for some pictures to see what were talking about......

Hello there!

So I went ahead and got one in december 2009, but I wanted it made a bit different, I wanted him to cast a complete solid ring (normally you have holes underthe heads in rder to save on material). They told me it would be difficult but possible so they agreed. It was silver with 14k gold crown, with runes celtic runes inside with my ast name, and I paidabout 360 dollars plus shipping. Now the bad parts:

The ring was poorly casted!!! It had several broken parts, which took a lot out of the beuty of it. It was TOO big! We agreed size 10 and the thing came out about 11!!!. One of the stones of the eyes fell off after about two months (the mounting of the stones is very bad). And to top it all off, the silver started to get black! Not even with a cleaner could I fix that! The silver quality was not the best I guess.

I just hope you didnt get it. I will find out how to post pics here and send you some.
