Vin mentioned both of the sequels a while back on his FB page. One is rated R and the other PG13. I think he said both scripts are at least drafted, it has been a very long time since he posted the info.

Yeah... seeing as he's ruler of the Necromongers... would be interesting to see if the character rises to the occasion or lets the position go to his head and destroy the Universe, completing what the Necromongers set out to do in Chronicles of Riddick.
