(Resolved) Prop Store Problems

Has Anyone else had problems with orders from The Prop Store LA, I ordered a Plaster Bust from them but It arrived in pieces with a shattered ear and various other chips from the pieces working their way around the package, For some reason they did not file a claim with fedex for the damage but instead offered me a 20% refund in store credit towards my next order...., So currently I'm left with a useless piece of art that I cant repair or display still waiting for a reply to see how they handle this,, any Advice or stories on how you handled them?

Just heard back from them, They are going to run it through fedex's insurance, Not sure that will go anywhere as i've never dealt with fedex before, But we will see, Fingers Crossed, Thanks for the help Tom
