Resize a Bane Urethane mask???

Is there anyway to resize a Urethane mask? I have the Bane mask from Gotham City FX and it is too big. I added some foam, but that leaves open gaps along the outer seals. Thanks for any possible solutions.

Hmm, this is why I never really like the GCFX mask, much too big IMO. The only way I can think of to resize it is to cut and remove material from certain places. Namely, the side pieces and top "brace." This would make it a tighter fit, but I do not know if you want to go this route as you would lose some detail. Honestly, that is what I would do and use it as an excuse to revamp other aspects of the mask as well.

Yeah, I don't know why they make them so big. Thanks, I might have to go that route. If I were to do that, how would I connect it back together? Or would I have to attach it to a neoprene fabric?

I think it's because they made it as a display piece connected to a face at first, but then found the market for a wearable mask, so they began just casting that part, I may be mistaken though. Depending on where you cut it, you could use the scrap pieces of urethane to patch it up from behind. Neoprene could also work, it all depends on how it's done though. I wish you luck :thumbsup
