Still working on my L2A3 display. Waiting for it to warm up to paint the receiver. I want to display the magazine as if it were loaded but not in the receiver. I really do not want live ammo around. What is available for fake ammo? Any resin 9mm rounds out there or real 9mm rounds w/o any powder in them like i used to see in 50 cal? Just looking for a hand full.

Thanks

Not sure where you are but stick inert ammunition in google, shouldn't take you long to find what you need.
We can even buy them here in the UK where near anything gun related is illegal :lol

My suggestion is if you are in the US drop in a local gun shop that has a shooting range and see if they can make you a few dummies, probably more cost effective then sourcing them online... Some areas 'might' have restrictions on the brass and/or lead but most areas won't...

Do a search for 9mm Dummy rounds. They are used for training purposes, and come in varying materials.

You might also want to do a search for 9mm "snap caps" They are full size rounds that are usually made of either aluminum or plastic. I would go with aluminum. They are used for dry fire practice.

Thanks guy's. "inert" was the word i needed. I was searching "blank" and "dummy" and not finding anything that looked like correct.
