Sweet, I was just thinking a spraygun for making molds would be a nice addition to the roto-caster.

What kind did you get, and how much did it cost?

I got the one from Smooth-On its called the Easy Spray-Jr.

It takes a little bit for the vid to load

I ordered it thru Permaflex in Columbus Ohio
I spent around $650.00 plus shipping

Baron is temporarily offline, but I am part of this project too, so I thought I would post the latest update with pics.....

New update (14 June 2006)....

We took some new pics today.

The helmet has been molded and we are working out the kinks of casting it with the roto-cast machine.

Also, we have finished the prototype shoulder bell. If I know our scuptor, it will probably get adjusted some over the next few weeks/months....

Yes, we know the shoulder is sitting too far back.....

Yup. It's true. The 501st is inducting her next month at SDCC, but she wants to be a real trooping member. There will be a feature about it in the next Star Wars Insider. Karen wants to do a matte black RC and a custom Mandalorian. How cool is that? B)
