And thank you Kurt. But in all honesty the credit goes to all those beautiful builds here and elsewhere. This being the first SS X-wing for me I'd have been a little lost without the help and examples of others. What a kit though!!! My hats off to Mr. Salzo.

I have been putting off painting mine for over a year now.

Hey now theres a question lol... JK

Make sure the parts are well prepped. Then make sure you have a very good selection of pastels, oils, inks, and acrylics to work from for the weathering. And as many references as you can find. From there it is just a long slow process of layers, lots and lots of layers.
