Here's the dilemma:

I want to make the face out of red PVC fabric (like the rest of the suit) but I want it to look like my actual "skin"- meaning I'd have distinguishable features such as a mouth, nose, eyes and ears.
Anyone who's attempted gluing down fabric to a face shell knows the dilemma I'm facing. The fabric tends to glue down unevenly and gets all wrinkled.
I'm thinking of gluing just some of the key features out of resin or latex underneath the PVC hood.
Any other ideas?
