Red Robin Cosplay Help!

I have never attempted to create any costume..ever!

I am wondering if there were really simple instructions, vids, etc on how to make a Red Robin costume (like the attached pic).

I have found several Arkham Robins on these forums, but was really looking for some threads, sites that would really help someone VERY novice, without going light on quality.

Thanks all!

Im not sure youll find any tutorial of what your looking for, the only thing members could possibly contribute is ideas on how to approach certain parts.

I am not sure where I saw it but they have the red robin cowl as a pep file. If you can find it that might be a good place to start. And you are in the right place for what your asking.

Foam is a good start for some of the pieces if you are looking for a lower budgeted quick one. You could probably even makes foam logo etc and mold it.

Look up 'fourth wall design' on facebook. He offers the harness, emblem, and belt at high quality and a reasonable price. Believe he has the cowl as well.

xtream design effects also has a good red robin set for sale, if you are wanting to buy instead of make. Or, just buy the cowl and try to craft the rest of the suit. That's what I did with my Batman.

Thanks to everyone that answered!

I may purchase the more difficult items to make and possibly work on the rest myself - using you tips.

Are there any tips regarding what I should look for or be wary of when purchasing?
