Red Glare New Vegas tips?

So what would you guys do to bring that weapon to your shelf? What steps would you take? How would you build it? There are some details on the gun like flashing lights that would be cool to know about- so I suggest checking out the wiki page for additional details.

Also, how can I get a 3d model of that gun, and how do I figure out the scale??? I have GIMP so I can scale it to size if I knew the length of the weapon thank you for your time and have a good day!

I've seen people scale their nv weapons based on the weapon compared to their courier, but it's obviously not the most precise way to go

Maybe a weird idea, but I remember seeing in game schematics for the weapon, so maybe that could be of use? Wild guess though, but who knows

I think most people just scale the weapons to however they think it looks best, usually by comparing it to your character holding it. I *think* GhostMinion said the Fallout 4 weapons are scaled too large so they can be used with power armor.
