Red Dead Redemption WIP

For Halloween I am going to be John Marston from the video game: Red Dead Redemption, and while the rest of the costume is going quite well, I do have questions about two pieces of it.
One, where can I find the best looking "Single Action Army" gun (cap or just prop gun) for around $20?
Two, what is the best resources for leatherworking that can be found? I can try and make the holster and bandoleer, but they would be like the ones that can be bought, and not like the one in this picture:
