Recommended vendors for individual Graflex 3 cell parts?

Does anyone have any recommended vendors for purchasing individual Graflex 3 cell parts, specifically,

• A side switch assembly plate,
• A beer tab,
• (maybe) a beer tab screw (I can't tell from the picture below),
• A front mounting screw?

I took your advice and contacted the vendor six days ago. They replied that they'd "send out a new package today and provide tracking!" And then ... nothing.
