I'm looking for 2 part soft expanding foam for filling latex props. Anyone have some recommendations of where to get some. Only need a small amount . Even a quart would be too much.

What about foam in a can? They sell minimal expanding, should be good. The other one is full gap filling foam, would probably work too.

No no no no to the spray foam. Not soft at all. I thought alumilite had some. My friend uses something that works really well but can't remember where from.

Flex Foam-iT from Smoothon, great stuff works really nice. Just make sure to not get it on anything you don't want it on or in, it will not come off. ;)

Actually some of the minimal expanding 'window' canned foams are quite soft and flexible, you really need to TEST it out though, I have come across some that were rubbery very different then the regular maximum fill variety... Although off the top of my head I can't recommend any brand or flavor as it's been awhile since I have used them but the last one I used was very soft 'sponge' like when cured...

If not as said Smooth On has several different flavors in all densities...
