I've had no luck with "Icon" yet either. If you look at the Globalgear eBay store, you should notice an absence of Narin sculpts now, although they do have other Pred recasts for sale on the URL you provided as well as eBay.

Again, we are trying to figure out what the best approach is with these people who sell through their own websites as well as eBay.

There are quite a few long timeThailand recast sellers still selling on ebay many of Narin's kits.A few names off the top of my head are Revengemost,im49, and pimch amongst others.Have you tried stopping any of those as you have with other auctions.If any of these auctions or sellers need pointed out let me know.
Good luck with stopping these stores from selling these "licensed" bronzes.

The physical stores and those that have their own websites are the harder ones to stop, so we would appreciate any help that those LOCAL to those stores could provide.

For now, Narin & I are concentrating on the eBay sellers. We are making sure that those who actually OWN the rights (having bought them from Narin years ago or having chain-bought them) are allowed to sell, so as to avoid eBay thinking we are trying to abuse the VeRO system.

Regardless of some eBay sellers being recasters, if they ARE (through direct or indirect purchase) the legitimate owners, we have no right to VeRO their auctions.

It's a tangled maze that is taking a LOT of effort for us to sort through, since the sellers do not exactly advertise their real names or addresses - plus my Thai, Chinese and Japanese is not as good as my Glaswegian
