All the urethane casting resin is like that.

or if you do it right, you can roto cast ( I think thats the correct term) and make a hollow casting.

I get my resin from www.smoothon.com

I use either Smotth cast 310 or 320. 320 cures much faster, but you have less working time. It is string, durable and machinable.
