Just grabbed this a few minutes ago.. Of course it's the Horace Slughorn Hourglass from the movie Harry Potter and the Half - Blood Prince..

I really liked this prop for some reason in the movie.. My grandfather had something similar with snakes, which of course is probably why I liked it.. The serpent imagery in its design symbolized Slytherin house, of which Slughorn was the Head of..

Yeah, but now unsure what is happening.. The seller now wants me to cancel transaction, so they can relist it and see how much it can get at auction, and offering me a Mandrake Plant instead.. I've just asked for photos of the Plant so I can decide, but really don't want to let this one go.. :cry
