Raimi Green Goblin costume

hey everyone this is my first thread on here and I thought I'd show you guys the progress of my raimi gobby costume, so far I've done the helmet so heres the sculpting progress

Very nice. How'd you learn to sculpt? I've got on experience with that, but have been thinking about trying it.

Is that a retail foam head? I've always found them too small in my attempts to do similar... Amazing job by the way! Looks spot on!

it is but i added a big load of clay onto the sculpt to make sure it was roomier rather than snug

just a little update on the sculpt for the back of the helmet which I'll mould in silicone (just like the rest of the helmet was) then once its cast attach it with magnets

a respectful comment but would black be a better undercoat for the green

it is usually the case yes but I couldn't afford black paint at the time

the lenses I simply made out of see through plastic and gold window tint

hey guys I've started doing the rest of the costume now, I've used eva foam for the armour pieces

I pretty much painted them the same way I did the helmet, for the undersuit I puffy painted the
arms to get the tubing effect

the rest of the suit I used a metallic fabric to get the basic look of the majority of the undersuit, the neck I'm going to sculpt.
