Question about mould making

Hi, I am looking to make a silicone mould of a dredd helmet which is already painted , I am wondering if this would peel off the paint. Regards Fionn.

No, it was built by a prop maker in England a couple of years back.

No, but I will not be selling them, I may also sculpt my own helmet.
