Definatly some great deals were had and congrats to anyone who won the items they wanted. Once this is over at least we have ebay and then the second live auction

Sorry, My appologies. I knew a fellow rpf member was tryin to organize it. Here's to still hoping it's reproduced for us. I'd love that as a Halloween costume.

Sorry again to hear you didnt win Stricky. I know how much you wanted that piece and how much effort you put into it.
I hope something can be arranged aswell. There seems to only have been two full suits sold and 2 seperate helmets with various parts scattered through out, it would be great to see it come back together and create full replicas. If theres anything I win that someone wants i plan on doing the same to make sure we all have an oppertunity to get what we want

Just an Ori costume and Cargo ship self destruct panel so far.
The ZPMs did go crazy but the helmets were insane! 20k!! Madness!

Some folks really pulled out the big guns on most of the stuff I was interested in. So far, I only picked up the Asgard pistol to go with the helmet.
Probably about it for the night. Most of the set pieces are just too expensive to ship to the East coast. The Asgard command chair looked nice for under $1K but again, shipping..
The stasis pods would make awesome wall hangers though - and who can resist the drinking table??

Picked up a hero Replicator stunner and a hero Anti-Replicator gun, both metal with electronics. Woohoo!
Tried for the hero TER but it went up and up and up...
Prices on weapons were pretty brisk, at least the ones I was interested in.:unsure

I didn't pick anything up on Sunday. Hero Sodan I hit my cap on and the next bid got it. I tried for the last hero zat with holster, I was winning at 3k then my console locked up and it jumped to sold to another bidder when it finally unfroze.

And don't forget the $20 per item x 847 items = $16,940 in 'handling' fees (not counting shipping charges).
That's a lot of work and expense for $700K in revenue.
Just a few things involved:
General Labor with all the benefits that go with it
All the documentation, proof reading, etc etc.
Advertising
Warehouse
Financing
Office/admin overhead
Auction company fees
Invoicing/collection
Paypal fees
And I'm guessing the studio didn't just give them all this crap for free.

The gate only went for 70k?!?!?!:eek I thought it would have gone for more... all those prices are way above the kind of cash I have on hand now... will have to wait for the next live auction:lol
But congrats to all you lucky people who managed to get the items that you wanted.
