Project Iron Man: Mark XVII - Heartbreaker (Painted helmet Kit) :)

Re: Project Iron Man: Mark XVII - Heartbreaker (3D printed)

Can't control even thickness in slush cast, maybe adding more thin resin layer by layer during slush casting would help to control thickness:)

How do you get even thickness of the cast?
Are you slush casting these in the mold?

Re: Project Iron Man: Mark XVII - Heartbreaker (3D printed)

is there a file available for this??

I almost finished my son's mark 42 kit, and pull out my Heartbreaker kit prime and had promoter on.
Would be finding some good day to paint it :)

Re: Project Iron Man: Mark XVII - Heartbreaker (3D printed)

So I spend some hours to paint the kit, and left some groove line work and LED eyes to complete this kit :)
Here is some of the helmet photo taken from my phone :D

It still can't believe how you guys do this. All the prep work, the attention to detail, wow it's just freakin awesome. One day I'll work up the courage to try one of these. Just love the work, and the paint job. Thanks for making and sharing the thread.
