Ah never mind, the thread title is very slightly misleading. ;)

The paint looks a bit too nice.
As usual with these pieces we can't match it to anything seen on screen.
It doesn't match Luke's or any of Han's known droid callers.
To my knowledge none of them included the bulb adaptor in the end.

Maybe the jawa one?

The only known Jawa droid caller made form a Kolbold is nearly identical to Luke's (if not actually the same prop). The paint wear implies it's Han's. He was the only one with the belt clip that went around the Kobold like that.
Like I said though the paint wear looks too nice and I don't recall ever seeing a droid caller prop with a bulb adapter still attached.

The Seattle Sci-Fi Museum bought the Luke lightsaber, Vader lightsaber, and Stormtrooper blaster which were all questionable from the Kurtz collection.
They also have the Luke severed hand and orange pilot jumpsuit from Kurtz.

It's kinda sad that someone like Gary Kurtz would pass off something that can't be placed on screen as screen used, it may have been laying around in the prop department at the time though, who can be sure.
