But, after where you fill in your name, it says "has complied with completed all courses ..." Should it be "has complied with AND completed all courses ..."?

Wow...you're right. The font isn't even correct on the other one (let alone the tag line). Seems like it would be pretty easy to fix in either photoshop or paint. Anyone wanna take a stab at it?
