Nice Jmtwo. Just want to point out that you misspelled Washington in the bottom caption before you post the AI. 
And here are two of mine. Both from Battlestar Galactica.

And the Visitors and Media passes:
Just print on yellow cardstock and get them laminated at staples.
Oh, and here's another one. The supposedly incriminating Defense disc from season 1.
If you can figure out how to inexpensively get that on a CDR and then cut it to the octagonal shape, you're further along than I am. (cdr's don't take well to belt sanders... and smell like burning maple syrup.. FYI)
I have a few more things laying around here. I'll see if I can post them.

Well, you can't lasercut a cdr. Not pretty.

I just did a google search on custom cut cd roms and found this link.

people, with regards to the BG cd....think 'simple'
print the shape on photo paper, laminate if you want. Use double sided tape to stick it on a cd and use a metal ruler and an exacto knife to cut the lines all the way through.
Anyway, thank for offering those, but can you tell us what the printsizes are for the voting paper, badge and cd?
