good job finding the better pic. i looked through morriscostumes but didnt see it.
i like the lean, less armour look they have going. back to basics!!

You know they obviously haven't finalized the whole costume yet. He's wearing the skin inside out and the overall pic is a composite. Not to mention that armor just appears to be wrong. Whether or not that’s for spoilers or not who knows. I'd suspect they have what they can have in time for print.
I would expect them to want to start pumping these 'things' out pretty soon though.

I look at it as just a drawing or concept art nothing more I'm sure after talking with Howard Berger that the actual thing will be more pleasing to the eye, but then again Predator is in the eye's of the beholder

I'm just hoping it doesn't really have blue spots on it's body and red spots on it's head.

I dont mind the red and blue spots, as ram was also blue and P2 and gort also had red colours.
People complains about the new look ( including my self), but they had to change the look, to bring some thing new. We love all the predators that SW made, because HE made them, but do we love them because of the look or because he made them? i mean if we saw ram in a new predator movie, most people would hate it because it looks nothing like the P1 or P2 look.
Even the P2 had very different armour then the P1. what about borg and his "chest" armour
When that said, I have to agree on the leegs and feet, looks TO different from what we have seen in P1 and P2. Just dont like the armour.

just realized it says one size fits most,now if you remember the AVP costume said that and fit barely anyone hopefully they do it a bit bigger than the AVP one, and is it me or do its feet look like a slimmer version of megatrons?

Yup... I am a fan-boy. I fought it for years, but let's face it- my posts, my off-putting language, and my deliberate slandering of AVP, and my uncanny ability to say what, and how I feel about something - Im out of my ******* mind. I was fanboy crazy when AVP came out, and equally insane when AVP:R was announced. Both movies sucked, and I was angry.
There seems to be a misunderstanding here... the only thing that I do is say what and how I feel about the Predator. That's all. I'm sorry, but I do get worked up, and my posts do come off as harsh and vulgar, but you know what? That's just me putting myself out there. That's what this place is to me. Not only a costume forum, but a forum for thoughs and opinions. If I were to argue this crap with my friends, it would end in a beatdown because they do not care. But, getting involved with a group of people who share the same interest as I do, I take the risk and put it all out there. Whether it's through the spoken word, or typed out on a keyboard. I have thought's and feelings just like anyone else, and I'll be damned if I'm criticized for being an ******* just because I have the wherewithal to say what I think. Yeah, don't mind if I do. Because apparently, over the past six years Hollywood has thrown the Predator to the wolves. So, I will watch it over, and over and over, and I will follow it up by a marathon of watching Predator 2 until the ******* DVD disc shatters.
I never said I wasn't interested. The pics were cool. It's always cool to see what goes on behind the scenes. As far as "why" I'm in the thread, well that's easy... I am a Predator fan. I will be within the thread until I'm banned.

thankfully apparently Troubleshooter have full control ( allegedly ) and hope they do not drop the ball. or if they do, the ball is well made enough to bounce back up . ( not sure that makes sense lol )

Its best to take a post as it is...a post to the topic and not an individual. Unless someone attacks you directly by name...dont assume its about you. As far as the language goes...I cuss like a sailor sometimes verbaly but, I try not to type it out because we have young eyes on here and I dont think its appropriate. Do I get all butthurt over Rob's posts, not really. Hes passionate about our beloved hunter and like he says "he puts it all out there"...with a few choice words in tow.

and well not to argue lee, i guess i go being optimistic again but i'm sincerely hoping that it's the same reason the rubies mask of the first predator was aloud to be so terrible (imo) i don't think they really seem to have much say for some reason on these things, probably the same reason there are so many terrible Halloween costumes out there, money is money
i know, they aren't changing the name of the movie they're basing this off of to "ALIEN HUNTERS" for the sake of not running into any lawsuits. but i guess i'm hoping that has nothing to do with the quality of the film, like you said troublemaker has it to themselves (allegedly so i'm guessing this one flew under the radar! fox being almost separate in this case, we all know they're a bunch of vultures they do not have a say or chose not to, as you rightly say money is money, and thats all they care about, which again is my concern. just gota hope RR and team are as pasionate as they say, although we have heard that before from both Paul Anderson and the Strauss's.
talk is cheap, and of late so are Fox.
BUT i am more hopefull of a good film than AVP and AVP-r put together, but that is down to the cast and team making the film, the predators i am still awaiting to be convinced on
