i don't like him at all! he looks like he has been taken from a comic book (not a graphic novel) but a 99p comic with piss poor artists. he looks 100 times better with any of the crowns added in the photoshop pics. ok, i could probs learn to like the head shape and the big bulbous goldfish eyes but somehing i don't like is the mandibles in the pics i have seen, i really hope it's just the angle

as for the bios, apart from plough, i like them, i tihnk tusk chaps needed refining, thicker, shorter more practical tusks would have improved it.

oh well, still gonna go watch the film ofc

As for SBP unmasked,..i like it.
It is different as it is supossed to be.
Still does look like a type of predator.
I agree about the eyes though, will be hard to get accurate so you can see outta the dam things.
Unless the wearer looks outta elswere??????

But yeah i think he BSP looks bizarre and damn freaky. Clearly cant compete with the original but im happy with it =) It was never meant to win any beauty contests thats for sure.

Mr Black looks pretty wicked looking, despite a lot of the dissapointment. And the photoshop pic with the crown DOES make it look even better, but I think the way he looks is still going to be great for the film. LET THE HUNT BEGIN.

Wait for the Hot Toys figs, bro!! I'm getting Falconer FOR SURE! Can't wait to see what his face'll look like in green -- maybe HT will use some artistic license to fill in the blanks and make something different from BSP? Who knows... Although I wish they had different skin colors for all three Preds. BSP is reddish, but both Falconer and Dog-Catcher seem to be similar colors. Where's the fun in unmasking them there?

Still, I'm getting psyched for this again. Think of a psychotic vicious Predator breed that's been genetically messed up beyond recognition. That's the way I'm picturing them, and it's doing a pretty decent job of justifying the new head.

Here's another try. I used P1's crown with quills. It looks 100x better IMHO.

Now thats a predator!! very different and yet still instantly recognisable.... looks a million times better than what were unfortunately going to see onscreen it seems. What were they thinking?

Man that crown is the touch that hes missing. Makes it looks so much better with the crown and the eyes moved in. I like the way tha looks way more than the film version.

The photoshopped pred with the traditional crown........... i have 1 huuuuuuuuuuge problem with that.


THEY DIDNT USE IT IN THE FILM !!! adding that to his face would have been peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerfect, it changes him in alot of ways, making instantly a predator, and making him look even more berserk, shame i personally think, but hey, maybe we are seeing crappy camera angles and the sloped head will look better when its moving.


one problem i have with sculpting this for a mask is this, the eyes are ovbiously animatronic ( mistake i think ) as they are, as said spaced to far apart for a human to see out of, this is going to cause trouble if anyone tries to sculpt it accurately, as you will not be able to see out of it then.

anyway, ive just got up early, im about to go drool over all the pics again.

i think the actor is seeing out of the root of the mouth, it looks like theres mesh covering the top
