I started with this project becoming a PREDATOR for Halloween, as a costume build, but then realized I was taking this project seriously by actually liking what I was doing. After seeing so many people posting enjoyable projects everything about PREDATOR I knew I was hooked. So it begins, in the YAUTJA WEAPONRY!!

The plasma caster is a MAJOR WEAPON of the PREDATOR species, duh! Well this is my concept of this weapon. At first glance my cannon is not much to look at, it's dull... boring and plain but still unique.

So I wanted to change that,... the plain boring dull part of my cannon. I've seen a lot of designs of other people's casters and I see the details they put into there unique cannons. So I wanted to upgraded my caster a little bit by using left over foam boards, and i came up with this design.

It's a work in progress but already looks AWESOME! (I think). It's a great start so far and more pieces can be glued on later down the road. A lot of my WEAPONS will be upgraded sooner or later on this thread and some pics of a lot of PREDATOR WEAPONRY I have done prop building as a beginner will be posted mostly before and after pictures.

Here's a NEW picture of my updated plasma caster, I think it looks way BETTER then the original but I still need to respray with GOLD so it stands out I'm planning to do a second plasma cannon but entirely different.

I worked on my Dragon bio today, nothing much just YET just a quick paint job today..

I need to add the GOLD duct tape on the spinal ridges and large fangs, but it's getting there. I'll be posting other newbie WEAPONRY on this thread, so check in noob cosplayers

I have a NEW bio I'm GONNA be working on next week, i'm calling this one "RONIN" it's something I've been wanting to do for a long time and now that I got the motivation i'm gonna build one for my PREDATOR suit.

The mouth area is gonna be open for the mandibles to stick out of, I thought that be cool. Eventually I'm gonna make a YouTube video on my bios how I build them, what I used etc.

I think you are doing great. Whatever you do yourself, makes it so much better and makes it YOURS; your own unique Yautja among the species. There are no rules, IMO, as long as people immediately recognize The Predator. Great job!

There's gonna be a NEW trophy head, prop build video, on my YouTube channel this week!!

I used a plastic pickle jar, silver duct tape, red and black rope string, threaded rope, white acrylic paint, (2) red finger lights, and grocery bag with a round foam board.

It's the T-800 terminator head, which I've always wanted to build just didn't have the motivation to do it until now. Since becoming the TEXAS PREDATOR, I've challenged myself to collect prop heads on my trophy wall, LOL. I like making my props for fun and hope you HUNTERS enjoy the builds

In the beginning I started with a fairly easy looking plasma cannon shown in the picture on TOP. But after looking at other cannons done by other HUNTERS, I decided to upgrade my cannon to look a little more detailed. This is what I came up with..

I took two pictures showing both sides of my plasma caster, I added pieces of foam boards and hot glued them to the original. Then spray painted with a gold finish. It looks a lot BETTER then I expected and I'm thinking bout doing another one entirely different for switching my cannons.

Hello fellow HUNTERS, so I won this PREDATOR bio mask from ZOLUS props and cosplay!! I'm REALLY surprised this came in the mail without any damages on the tusks or the mask itself

Hello guys here's how I built the easiest bladed wrist gauntlet.

Step 1
I rolled a foam floor mat and cut some rectangular pieces and used some concrete cement to glue the wrist gauntlet together.
Step 2
next I hot glued the rectangle pieces to my wrist guard.
Step 3
I cut the blades off 2 toy ninja swords and hot glued the handles back to the sword covers. (For extra props)
Step 4
I put both blades in there slots and glued a foam sheet on top.
Step 5
I used a light weight foam sheet I bought for 33 cents I got from Wal-Mart.
Step 6
cutting some tubing I bought from Lowe's building store I then glued the pieces to the sides of blade holders like so.
this BUILD was so easy and it took only about 3-4 hours to make. Hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial. Happy hunting

Hello everybody, so I got here is a step by step instruction how to build the easiest BOMB wrist gauntlet for your PREDATOR costume.

Step 1
cut a piece of foam mat and roll it to your forearm then cut rectangular pieces 2 long and 2 short. (Tip: keep your floor mat rolled with string or use a heat gun.)
Step2
hot glue the pieces to your wrist gauntlet, make sure your wrist gauntlet is also glued together, use contact cement.
Step 3
next cut out a rectangular piece of plastic from a 3litter bottle or large pickle jar and place it on the foam pieces to make sure it fits.
Step 4
using a light foam sheet cut a template like so to match the plastic piece you already cut out. Add little squares and rectangles so they look like buttons.
Step 5
make sure everything fits perfectly attach a small flap glued from inside the cover. So you can open the plastic template.
Step 6
add two small silver tubing which you might have to spray paint and hot glue them each to both sides on the PREDATOR bomb.
Step 7
after you spray paint the top cover with SILVER and attached the SILVER tubes. Your gonna color the 4 little Windows black.
Step 8
buy a bike neon light accessory and some batteries to put into the bomb for flashing effects. (Tip: hot glue the neon to the gauntlet so it doesn't move inside the cover.)
Step 9
turn it on and check it's settings, then glue tiny velcro on the edges so the cover stays secured in place.
Step 10
add some cool PREDATOR markings on the front and your done with an AWESOME predator build made EASY!

I just finished making my dread lock jewelry out of foam sheets and hot glued them to my BACKER ROD dreads.

This easy to do idea was so simple that anybody can do it if you wanna make your predator dreads look AWESOME!

Making easy cut outs of what you what your rings to look like a simple pattern can look like this. Or over lap them for an option.

HELLO fellow new bloods, and fellow HUNTERS! I got a NEW easy to make PREDATOR prop weapon to add to your PREDATOR costume! It's the P2 smart disc.

This project took me a day or two. And only costed me $2.00 to make! I tried to get the details as close to the movie prop as I could. Using reference photographs is best!

Using only 2 paper plates and hot gluing the edges TOGETHER. I stenciled the sharp corners on to foam sheets! I cut out small rectangular foam mat pieces and hot glued them to the openings in the center. And cut out small circular shapes in the disc for the fingers and used 2 tiny pieces of straw for hydraulic effect! It was SUPER fun to make and is a very known PREDATOR weapon from the comics and MOVIE!
