Pratchett fans - AM City Watch Needs You!

That is stunning. Particularly impressed with the weathered badge - just like Sam Vimes would have it. Actually - where does he keep it? Can't recall if he had it in a pocket or on his chest?

Just an aside - the owl is probably an actual Morepork, the New Zealand native owl. The early European settlers called them that because that's exactly what their cry sounds like - "More Pork." Probably that's what Dibbler's customers would yell out also?

Anyway - love the Discworld stuff. Everyone who hasn't read it - get one of the City Watch series, preferably 'Guards. Guards." and start from there. Guarantee you'll love it or your money back. C. M. O. T. Phil

Just finished off my version of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch badge, I also decided to add an original beaten-up and aged 'vintage' AMCW badge No. 177 as worn by Sam Vimes.

Goes well with my re-incorporation kit. :)

This is the most complex insignia I've made so far and I almost gave up after sculpting the owl. The hippos were a nightmare.

I know this post is from a while back, but does anyone know if Blad is still selling these? I'd love to get my hands on one.

Charlie hasn't been around in a while. In fact the last time we talked he said that life, work and teenage kids were taking up all his time. You could send him an email via his profile also you could see if you can contact him via the Termight Replicas home page. I'm sure if he's got any left he'll sell you a set. Charlie is a true gentleman and will bend over backwards to help.

I have a set of the AMCW badges and they are great.
