Apart from Indy's leather jacket (favs are ROTLA and ToD) and other, already mentioned iconic jackets, this one comes to mind:

James Coburn's M40 field tunic in Cross of Iron. Dirty, sweaty and heavily worn - quite accurate depiction of the state of garments at the Eastern front.
