The head with the glass through the mouth could be from Return of the Living Dead 3. That's the first movie that comes to mind where that probably happens.

Hmm... although, I guess it could be from just about any car crash scene. :unsure

Are these supposedly screen used. They look very B movie and therfore hard to identify. Can you give us any clues? like were you got them? Otherwise I think they are just halloween decor. Sorry I couldn't realy help.
