Can anyone suggest a type of fabric, Specific color, pattern References?

Apparently offsetting the neck hole in a semicircular cloak is important in making it rest on the shoulders properly. Also interesting how they appear grey, though in the movie they seemed pretty green to me.

Grey or Green, and I'm going to take a wild guess and assume some of them were a kind of wool material

I haven't played the game, but from the photo it appears more...form fitting? Like a long coat. What differences do you want to accomplish?
