Plastic Wolverine Claws

Does anyone know where I could find a decent but inexpensive set of plast wolverine movie styled claws? I don't have the cash for metal ones and I don't have the talent to make my own. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks

Not knowing where you are:

Some costume shops stock the comic book style Wolverine (yellow and blue) costume and it comes with a set of plastic claws.

It's not really a great time of year as at Halloween, there's a whole bunch of plastic toys and decorations you can fashion into claws, a Freddy Kruger style glove, or I've seen toy plastic scythe blades modified effectively into claws.

Hope you don't mind me tacking onto/hijacking your thread, but didn't want start yet another claws thread.

But has anyone got any suggestions as to materials for making "bone claws"?

The only mass-market plastic claws available are by Rubies, and they're comic-styled (not to mention way too long) and designed to be worn under a glove.

Don't keep your own talents out of the picture, creating your own pair isn't nearly as complicated as you may think. You can simply cut the shapes out of thick styrene, sand them to get the taper, then spray paint them silver. Attach them to a handle and you've got yourself a pair of claws!

I'm gonna start on making a set of plastic Wolvy claws, does anyone have pics of what the mounting system looks like? The one I'm talking about is the wires running down to the palm block, any pics would be of great help.
