Pic request: Kaligar lenses with adjustment knobs

Anyone got original Kaligar 66 lenses with the little silver adjustment knobs? I need to add the knobs to my lenses but need to know exactly where to glue them on.

Hey Kurty,

This is the only pic I have of the kalimar/kaligar that even shows a knob

Most people attach them on opposite sides of lense (180 deg. apart)
