Hi folks hope you are all well.
Just a quick one - (fairly I think ha ha) close to finishing a scratch built Boba Fett bust. Ended up scrapping my diy resin cast shoulder studs and went with some 3D ones my mate printed for me. Other than that and the touched up black series lid the rest was made by me utilising the great resources that are over on TDH. Sintra used and as close to correct paint colours/materials as I could find on a budget - total build (excluding the BS lid) slightly under £100. Lots left including a repaint of LH chest plate and weathering of rest (including soft goods). I’m thinking Of adding some textured sand weathering for that dune sea look. Oh and the Sintra I ordered for the top of the abs plate and back went missing in the post but when the replacement arrives I’ll finish the armour off....
Might get a better material for the cape too but that will be an additional cost I may rather invest somewhere else (a budget HIC perhaps ha ha). Although I do have his head already so maybe...
