Photoshop Fabric Texture Tutorial

Afternoon,

I saw a thread some time ago with instructions on using Photoshop to create texture patterns for the printed fabric suits. It was either a Man of Steel or Spider-Man thread but I cannot locate it at present. Does anyone know which link that was in?
