Dang it! It's called delayed gratification, makes it all that much sweeter when you do get it!

thanks guys I got it... I just never saw the pdf in the email.

Good news. If you need any help I haven't covered let me know!

I am now gratified...... Picked it up at the post office and took it to work so I could play. Gorgeous saber. WOW! I almost don't want to paint it.

Does the red endcap come off? I'm thinking removing it will help during painting.

As Halliwax said, it does. It should come off pretty easily. If it's tight and your fingers won't do it, you can use a straight edge in the long U shape at the bottom to get some leverage.

A wooden popsicle stick would work too, that way to don’t have to be afraid of scratching it

Waiting for my electronics install! Would love to hear where people are getting their blades from.

Anybody getting a custom case for these?

Jordan’s a good guy, I like him a lot. I love his baby in the back ground, she’s grown through out the videos and she’s gone from little cry’s, or yells to now saying words. It’s a cool little Easter egg

Got mine from artsan fx and it is amazing!
Great job to all involved!
are those little holes under each emitter there on the prop too or just on this one for blade installs?

You mean under the quillions? I believe they're there on the original prop.

Yes, that's what I mean, thanks!

The holes to secure the side blades isn't present on the Prop Shop saber, but it might be there on one of the screen used sabers, not sure. they used a lot of different sabers in the film.

This is the one install consession that needed to be made in order to make it a fully functional saber. I could have left them undrilled and forced installers to drill and tap them on their own but opted to not do this as drilling on that spot is a real pain in the tail due to the curvature.

I was never going to use it as a fully functional saber, just a static prop so I would have preferred an option to have them undrilled. I understand why you did it tho and I'm still so happy to be a part of this run! Thanks for everything!

I can understand that. It's one of those things where a decision nest needs to be made, all one or the other. Having some drilled and so not makes things a lot more expensive, not to mention the hassle or organizing different options.

So I decided to go with drilled , but with small holes so they are not very obvious. Since the saber is painted anyways, the person doing the painting could also fill the holes before painting and then they disappear. Filling the holes would only take a few seconds and you would never know they exist afterwards.

Thats true. Wish I knew that ahead of time to tell artisan to do that for me! Maybe I'll try myself, thanks for the idea!

I've just received my Kylo V2 from Artisan FX and boy it's a beauty!

Thank you Phoenix Props for the best Kylo Crossguard money can buy and thank you Artisan FX another incredible paint job. You really need to see this thing up close to appreciate the paint effects.

One question to Phoenix Props - Would you consider making a quality vertical stand for the Kylo V2 in the same style as the Prop Shop Kylo stand? I'm sure many, if not all, of your V2 customers would want one.
