Re: Pepper Potts Rescue build
Ugh, fighting an exceptionally nasty cold right now, but between regular work and this, still trudging along...
I finished the biceps up, except for one seam in case I need to adjust anything. These are a really interesting shape, ties in surprisingly well with the armor design despite (or perhaps because of) its Halo roots... It's weird build for a smaller person, I look at the sizes and they look all goofy until I double check measurements.
Forearms.... Nothing too exciting to see here, I do like the extended covers to shield the outer elbow. I need to also work up a couple of hand plates, likely the mk iv/vi style two-piece setup to help the transition from forearm to gloves.
And lastly, the shoulder bells. These look sharp I think, that double-prong design under a traditional bell shape... The inner piece has no real support system in the pep, so I think I may add arms to allow it to swivel independently of the outer bell. Either that, or build an inner floating mount to keep from cluttering up the inside too much.
I'm confident with my scaling and measurements, but I kind of want to mock up a mannikin anyways just so I can see all of the pieces together as they'll look worn. Gets old having to take pics of these completed suits in a prone position just laying on my bed :facepalm:lol
Thanks for look'n.
