Pee-Wee's Big Adventure Bike

Progun, my saddles arrived and are awesome, if u or anybody else are interested in my stat lights let me know, spent around a hundred bucks total on them, all I'm asking is whoever wants them pays the shipping, I hate trying to sell things on eBay

Did someone make a run of saddles?

The saddle is pretty common. It's a 1980's beach cruiser seat with diamonds on the sides. If you mean saddlebags, however, I think it's mostly been a one-off endeavor. I created fiberglass molds that I used to make my saddlebags (see pic of bags out of that mold) but it was such a pain that I ended-up selling my molds to a guy in Florida several years ago.

The thing I'm struggling with now is a bracket for the Persons siren on the front wheel.

Yea I meant the bags not seat. I suck at fabricating things is my flaw. If only I had a set of molds I would try my hardest to make a set look decent.

Biggest issue with the frame is the movie bikes
Frame has the top rear tire arms diverging immediately as they leave the seat post, my 41 they leave the seat post joined then diverge about 3 inches from the post, which means the rear fender must have notch in it like the front fender, makes fitting the skirts not as smooth or easy sine they too have to be notched, wish I'd noticed it before shopping for a frame!

I found it on Ebay, "Buy it Now" for $325 shipped, there were seven watchers, I couldn't believe it!, Jupiter must have been aligned with Pluto, it was just my time, I've been searching for over two years.
I saw one go for $1,100 on Ebay last year, it's insanity guys will pay that, it killed me to do the $325
I have a Kansas Jack repop for my bike, they're so rare, I don't have the heart to convert a real one to a Pee-wee siren, I'll stash it in my collection and just marvel at it from time to time.

Yes, it's the " small " Taiwan made one, I've never seen a "Screen used" large Italian made one, except for pictures on this thread.

Yeah, I guess it's true that good things come to those that wait, I'm pretty stoked to have it, the tiger siren and the saddlebags are the hardest parts to get, but the hunt for elusive parts and the build is all the fun of it.

Here's some trivia from IMB :

Approximately 10 to 12 bicycles were built for the movie by the Pedal Pusher Bike Shop in Newport Beach CA; a shop that specialized in vintage and classic bicycles and parts. They were offered $10,000 and no screen credit or screen credit only. The shop chose the money. The bike shop had an autographed 8x10 glossy of Paul Reubens that said "To Mike at Pedal Pusher: 'Arrrrgggg!' From Pee Wee Herman."

I wonder where all the bikes ended up?

Nice find on the boxed tiger siren. I'm ashamed to admit it now, but I had 2 of the Italian sirens in NOS condition and I sold them both. In fact, the photo on the first page of this thread that shows the siren on the wooden table next to a Duracell battery was mine and that pic is from the ebay ad when I sold it a few years ago. (It sold to a guy in Tokyo). I made a mold of the tiger head but not the siren housing. It wasn't until after I sold it that I realized that I got rid of the screen accurate housing. Doh! I was able to duplicate the Taiwanese siren which turned out great but it would have been nice to have the Italian one.
