I imagine you want to power both buttons off the 9V and be able to have them both be on or off independently?

Hah! I have one of those buttons... Its not correct, but its a really good substitute. Great price on it though.. I paid 5 times that much for it on ebay... sigh...

There is a push button switch that will work better than that one, The thing with that switchis once place behind the tank, it falls a bit short. the other here philmore utiliy AC push button No. 30-1426

That way you can have the fat washer like the museum bikes have.

I went through the entire thread again and I'm looking for a full side view of the chainguard from one of the original bikes. Trying to work out the actual dimensions.

pics for lost. mine is on left not movie correct but i prefered the og springer. on right is how i believe movie bikes was done. the center bracket will just tweek with bumps as it doesnt have a pivot. so your gonna want to use a thinner flexible piece of steel. hope this helps.

hey man if you bought a pyramid springer it should have came with a piece that goes up in the steer tube and gets caught up there by the pivot bolt, like this one SCHWINN STINGRAY KRATE SPRINGER FORK FENDER BRACKET | eBay

or drill a piece of metal and bend it in two spots.

Yeah it didn't come with a bracket. But their already holes drilled at the base.
so making something like it should work

I used the type of bracket that Abe posted, its hidden away and works a lot better.

thank you all..its basically almost finished. i need to weigh it as it is heavy. i have a rack on my VW and im definatly scared to mount it up top to actually take it anywhere, like ill go around a bend and the holder will snap off. but riding it you dont notice it as being heavy. my friend has a repop stingray w a super siren so we basically flew all around blasting them.. had a fun night!
