What color red are you all using?

I'm thinking House of Color Shimrin Graphic colors SG105 Blue Blood or SG115 Kosmos Red
Unless someone has a actual paint chip or PMS or actual paint name?

I don't see the blue pigment at all. I've sprayed a few Vespa scooters dupont straight red before and it looked just like the PW bike color. I think you couldn't go wrong with a high gloss pure red. I would avoid the blue in blood red myself.

I reluctantly told to my personal trainer about my PW project. Turns out his wife's best friend is Pee-wee's stage show producer and is with him everyday. She promised that he would sign my bike when I'm finished. Stoked!!!

As far as colors go, I had my bike powder coated "Mirror Red". The matching enamel paint (for fiberglass parts that can't be powder coated) is called "Swift Red" and it is made by Plastikote Super Enamel.

Just a heads up for you guys that might still be missing a Rocket ray light for the front of your bike. I just posted my spare Rocket ray light that i restored and built up like the one on the PeeWee bike...

See attached mickey bell mockup, I did the art, I need to redo the type, I also need to make it look a bit more like silk screen art. It's a bit too perfectly clean. I also used liquid electrical tape on the ringer button. I'll try to get a water decal sheet of the mickeys printed, I just send them out to you guys who need to correct the mickey art decal, by the way the bell is a German Reich bicycle bell.

BTW my bell was an NOS, so I think the gold textured area is stock.

Can you post a dxf or AI file? so I can see the skirts to scale I might print some out and cut them in card board and see them on my bike.
Pm me the cost on those, would be interested if these look legit. Can you try test PM'ing me I thought I sorted that out.

I think there were both... Do you know which part of the movie shows the bicycle bell?

The only shot in the movie where I could get a good look was the shot right before pee wee in his nun disguise steals it from the WB stage. THere's an overhead shot there but the bell is still pretty blurry. I thought it was the soccer mickey which was confirmed when that BW Promom photo showed up.

THere might be another shot in the devil dream sequence that might be identifiable.

Does anyone know the measurements of the black project box on the handlebar? I thought it was listed on the thread at some point but now I can't seem to find it.

I have the same top picture, when I blow it up, It doesn't look like soccer Mickey or peter pan Mickey. The colors are different. Dang How many bells were used?

I dont have any more spare Super Delta Ray lights, but if you are interested in the other version, shown in the begining of the movie, i have one of those lights laying around.

Your bike is looking great Abe! Those saddle bags look cool!... Been a while since i posted a progress pic... Starting to take shape... This is just a mock up... Still need to paint my frame, make the saddle bags and finish my chainguard, etc...
