Pee-Wee's Big Adventure Bike

If you look at it there is a lot wrong with it. The chainguard is off, the surfboard on the chainguard is off. The frame insert is off, the compass is weird, the tiger head is not painted right, the mud flaps are off and the grips look off.

Oh....and there is no persons siren, the rear tank is the wrong shape and the chrome inserts on the saddlebags are off. That's a lot wrong for $12k.

Congrats to whoever built it, it's a beautiful bike.....but for that kind of money I'd expect damn near perfection.

I've seen hat bike before, seems like a high price for something so inaccurate. It's still a nice bike though. Once mine is finished I woudnt sell it for less than 10k. What about you guys?

Oh, and skillcrane, the bags are not mounted that way on the real bike.

wow- really, someone here needs to fess up we seen this bike before, I really think its someone here.
12K come on! maybe its some guy that bought an "accurate bike", but figured it out and needs to recoup some money and then some.

Everything about that bicycle is not accurate to the screen used bicycle... It would have to be dead on for that kind of money... Wow...

Agreed, for that kind of money, it had better be spot on!

And I also feel like I've seen this bike before too.

Regardless, that's a lot of money. Maybe the guy buying all the expensive parts will buy this too! Not to replace the bike he or she is already building, but just for the heck of it!

Inaccuracies aside, it's still a nice bike, I just wouldn't pay 7-12 grand for it.

Unreal. Getting zero bids on your overpriced bike? Raise the minimum bid. Want to sell it quicker? Raise the Buy It Now price.

Now bidding starts at 8K & Buy It Now is 15K (was $7,500/$12,500).

It's a nice bike but it's not cool to pass it off as the real deal, which I suppose is why he mentioned the certification letter and studio's saddlebag specs. May be an honest mistake though.

I asked some questions on the bike and he's posting more pics soon. Some part of it is screen used, apparently.
way vague.

Even the wording of the listing is ultra vague. My initial gut feeling was that he isn't necessarily trying to pass the bike off as screen used, just that the autograph was real. The saddlebag specs part was curious to me, but now it sounds like he is trying to claim it was screen used based on what you are saying. That is disconcerting. Maybe the seat was screen used, or the tube valve caps, or maybe the seat post clamp. :)

Personally I'd sooner just buy a life sized wax Bill Cosby instead. (Item 160883756669)

I could sit around with him & eat Jello all day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhs9zvLZa8M

Like Ice Cube said, "Today was a good day".

Dropped off both of my rear CMC wheels to be re-laced & re-hubbed, & dropped off frame #2 to be powdercoated. X2 coming soon. Gloss jet black, son. Property Of Francis Buxton. Business is picking up!

Now if I could only finish up build #1...
