Paragon FX Group Blade Runner license?

Hey guys - I know I'm late to the party on this one ... but is the Paragon FX Group 2049 blaster a licensed version of the Tomenosuke 2049 blaster? I understand Paragon landed the license to sell Blade Runner products from Alcon Entertainment, however the design of the pieces are directly from Tomenosuke correct?

It is my understanding that they also either bought the machining from Tomenosuke, or Tomenosuke is actually making these for them.
