Painting a Stormtrooper Helmet

I am sorry if this has been posted a million times before...but I received a stormtrooper helmet that needs a little TLC but is there a good site on how to paint and finish a helmet? Best paints etc?

I use Rustoleum platic primer and Rustoleum HP Enamel for Styrene. Wet sand the helmet and primer coat. As shiny as, if not more than, ABS and a very good color match. :thumbsup
