just the usual 4 to 5 coats pva glue + spray paint. no special trick, honestly...

Do you use primer? or just spray paint right away with the main colors? thanks Roy!

You just used EVA on helmet? Or something else? Looks like you used Body Filler.

how do u (or the maker) make those nice joint!! so clean!!
are u simply sanding them?? or any product to make them so smooth??

wow, can you show us some images of your strapping/openings/... areas? i'm making a mk4 myself and i am not really sure how ai should do all of that (like, how to manage shoulder attachment, "butt" opening etc) and you seem to have done a pretty well job on that

helmet got primer. the rest of the armor don't have. just 4 coats of pva glue then spray paint...

helmet was made out of eva foam also but with gray primer...
