Our Halo replica suits, EOD/ODST/Marine/Pilots

this is a project we did before a large convention last year in April in Oahu.

Its 2 Sean Bradley ODST suits, a scratch built EOD Halo Suit and Pilot Suit and a molded UNSC Marine suit. =) Enjoy

its a lot of pics ill try to narrate as needed. my buddies PEP ODST helm which is what started the whole journey. I painted all of the items along the way and constructed quite a bit too

heres the helmet design and weathering start

heres the tester pep chest for the female and the EOD chest to overlay

more testers of the EOD chest and her shins. Resining the tester chest as well for fitment and testing since this was my first time doing anything like this

cod peice, handplates from Halo 2 (i prefer the older ones)

some visor techniques i tried out and perfect under boots for the feet i got from the kids section in wal-mart

heres the LED boards being soldered/tested, ODST grenades started, rondo'ing some parts and the marine molded armor clean-up =)

got some helmets in the mail from Ithica (405th.com) started work on the Sean bradley ODST kits assembly line style =)
also started re-work on the recon helmet b/c i wanted to clean it up and add some things

started strapping on the Marine armor

and painting the layers on the ODST suits, workin on the EOD chest as well

Um. Wow! Did you do much photoshopping to the final pics, or are they somewhat raw? The colours are wonderful.
