I'll also include the original Folmer unmodified clamp with the Inc sidebars and lever, which is tape ready if you prefer the tape approach, as well as some vintage airplane washers and the Starlite endcap/plastic ring.
It's all put together on a threaded rod that's set up in a sort of tribute to the ROTS hero. I'm happy to flip around the Roman BP insert to the cone side and cut down the rod to fit before shipping it out.
Not interested in parting it out. Will only ship express or faster with insurance, which is about $150 in the US. Sales prices does not include shipping, but does include G&S PayPal fees. Thanks.
