Ori Stargate

Hi guys,

Was reading somewhere the other day about the concept of an Ori style stargate and it got me thinking about designing one or asking someone on here to have a go.

In my mind it would be kinda like one of the rings of the ori transport rings, same colour stone with text all over it but the inner dialing ring would be similar to atlantis but would glow gold like the ori rings. The chevrons would also be in the shape of the symbol of the ori.

Interesting dontcha think?

If anyone knows where to get some good atlantis gate and dhd sound effects too that'd be ace!

I had a bit of a doodle on some post it notes yesterday and got some cool ideas. Thing is, i haven't a clue how to use blender lol
